It was in my college years that I began researching weight loss for teens so I thought it fitting to include a look at weight loss for college students. The only real difference that can come to mind is the readily apparent and open sports/health clubs and facilities and the expectation (and right!) to have the occasional pizza for breakfast.

Weight loss For Teens
Well this is the first post so I figure we should start with a hello. Hello. :)
This is a side blog for the main weight loss for teens site. The posts are automatically added from the weight loss for teens posterous network. The point in having multiple blogs means it's easier for everyone on the different networks to connect, keep updated and voice their opinions and questions.
We made the mistake of renting the site out over the last few months and it was overloaded with spam posts which were fairly useless. We're in the process of clearing them out and rebuilding our original content so bear with us. While we update with our various weight loss tips and weight loss exercises (largely specific to teenagers) the main posts go directly on the main blog while the side information is generally posted here.
